Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using VELTOX ("the Game") operated by DashCraftCo ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing VELTOX at dashcraftco-veltox.lovable.app or installing it as a Progressive Web App on your device, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of the Game

VELTOX is a free-to-play browser-based arcade game. You may use it for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Game
  • Use cheats, exploits, bots, or automation tools to manipulate gameplay or scores
  • Share, resell, or transfer license keys issued to you to other users
  • Use the Game for any unlawful purpose

3. In-Game Purchases

Certain cosmetic items (vehicle skins, trail effects, road themes) are available for purchase. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law
  • Purchases are tied to a personal license key issued to your email address
  • Each license key may be activated on a maximum of 2 devices
  • License keys are personal and non-transferable — sharing your key with others is a violation of these Terms
  • Purchased items are cosmetic only and do not affect gameplay
  • If you lose access to your device or browser data, you may restore your purchases using the license key sent to your email

Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io). By completing a purchase, you also agree to Creem's Terms of Service.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within VELTOX — including but not limited to game design, graphics, code, names, logos, and audio — is the intellectual property of DashCraftCo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

The name "VELTOX" and the DashCraftCo brand are proprietary to DashCraftCo.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Game is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DashCraftCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Game shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Game after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
